✅ All items purchased from Galli Gang are eligible for return or exchange.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, please ensure:

The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged

All original tags, packaging, and labels are intact

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, stains, perfume, or intentional damage.
Return Process

Photos of the product (if it’s damaged or defective)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Pack the item securely and ship it using a reliable courier service.
Return Shipping

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Galli Gang covers the return shipping cost.

For all other returns (e.g., change of size, preference, etc.), the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item:

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If you prefer, you can opt for store credit or an exchange instead of a refund.

We’ll notify you by email as soon as your refund or exchange is completed.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem!
Once your return is received, we’ll ship the replacement item (subject to availability).
If the replacement is out of stock, you may choose between store credit or a full refund.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a product that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

We’ll replace it or issue a full refund — at no extra cost.
Lost or Untracked Returns
We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return.
Galli Gang is not responsible for lost packages without proof of delivery.
