Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll get another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak periods (drops, sales), processing may take slightly longer — we pack and quality-check every order with care.

Delivery Timeline

  Delivery times can vary a bit depending on your location and courier availability.

We currently ship within India only. International shipping may be added later.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a tracking link. You can also track your order from the “Track Order” page on our website.

Delays and Delivery Issues

Occasional delays can happen due to high demand, weather, or courier issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, email us with your order number and we’ll investigate.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll work with the courier to resolve it or arrange a replacement.
